Coach Al can run structured boxing sessions for small groups, large classes, beginner members, intermediate students, advanced athletes, and fight teams.

Classes may include footwork, stance, balance, defense, mitt work, bag work, partner drills, conditioning, and controlled boxing instruction based on the gym’s needs.

The goal is to keep the class organized, safe, productive, and professional.
